Refund policy

1. Wallet deposits are non-refundable

Money you add to your NUMBAXS wallet is credited as balance for buying numbers on this site. Once a deposit has been credited, it cannot be refunded, reversed or withdrawn to your bank account, card or any other payment method — whether or not you have spent it.

Only deposit what you plan to use. You are asked to agree to this every time you add funds.

2. Number orders are refunded to your wallet

• If no SMS code arrives within the window shown on your order page, the order is refunded in full, automatically.
• If you cancel an order before any code arrives, it is refunded in full.
• If a purchase fails and no number is issued, the amount is returned straight away.
• All of these refunds go back to your NUMBAXS wallet balance, never to your bank or card.

3. When an order is not refundable

• Once an SMS code has been delivered to your order, the order is complete and cannot be refunded.
• We cannot refund an order because the other service later blocked, limited or banned the account you created with the number.
• Choosing the wrong country, service, number type or pool is not grounds for a refund once a code has arrived.

4. Payments that did not complete

If a payment fails or is abandoned at checkout, your wallet is not credited. Any amount your bank held or deducted for a payment that never completed is returned by your bank or payment provider, not by us. If your wallet was not credited for a payment that did go through, contact us with the deposit reference (it starts with DEP-).
