Terms of Service
The rules for using NUMBAXS. Last updated 9 October 2026.
1. The service
NUMBAXS sells temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS codes, longer-term number rentals and travel data eSIMs. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
- You must give a valid email address and be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password private.
- One person, one account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or try to defraud it.
3. Wallet and payments
- Prices are shown in naira. You add money to your wallet through our payment provider and spend it on orders.
- Wallet deposits are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or card. See the refund policy.
- Prices and availability can change without notice. The price shown when you confirm an order is the price you pay.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use NUMBAXS for fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation, evading a lawful ban, or any activity that is illegal where you live or where the receiving service operates. You are responsible for following the rules of any app or website you verify with one of our numbers. We may refuse or cancel an order and suspend an account where we suspect misuse.
5. Numbers, rentals and eSIMs
- A verification number is for a single use and expires when the order window ends.
- We do not guarantee that a particular service will accept a virtual number, or that it will not later restrict the account created with it.
- Rentals and eSIMs are delivered once and cannot be transferred or resold. eSIM use needs a compatible, unlocked phone.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, NUMBAXS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the actions of third-party apps and websites. Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
